Five basic funda’s to weight loss

1.  Drink lot of water. You don’t have to fill up like a tub, but ensure that you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.
Your kidneys will thank you as it can easily flush out the waste. With adequate water intake your body will be able to
metabolize fat more effectively.

2.  Add fiber and fruit to your diet.It absorbs unwanted, excess fats; cleans the intestines.

3.  Detoxify your body once in every 15 days, by relying on
only fruit and water for whole day.

4.  Eat 5 times a day, instead of having three big meals convert them into 5 small meals.

5.  Needless to say, exercise  is crucial to weight loss. You can’t expect to sit on the couch all day, sip water and lose weight, you should Walk for 45 minutes a day.

Note: If you treat your body right it won’t demand for more attention!
